  1. Purpose of the Code of Conduct

This document clearly sets out the common standards for our company, management and employees, related to ethical conduct and acting with integrity as a business.

The Code of Conduct is designed to:

1. promote honesty, integrity and respect for fellow employees, our clients and our partners
2. promote the principles of the organisation that will also be reflected in personal behaviour and standards of conduct
3. ensure that employees comply with relevant legislation
4. ensure that Stink Studios is scrupulous and above suspicion of bias in our dealings with clients, contractors and suppliers
5. avoid situations where business and personal interest may come into conflict
6. make us publicly accountable to the contents herein.

  1. Recipients of the Code of Conduct

    Each Stink Studios employee, contractor, or supplier will be made aware of the information contained in the Code of Conduct, as well as laws, regulations and procedures that regulate its business activity. Each employee, contractor, or supplier shall be expressly required to accept this document’s principles and obligations, when the relationship is first established and when the document is adopted or modified.

In all countries in which Stink Studios operates, we act in compliance with the related laws and regulations, procedures and regulations.

  1. Transparency

    5.1 Accounting

    Financial transparency is based on the accuracy, completeness, clarity and reliability of our accounting records. Company Directors and Employees must cooperate to ensure that the accounts correctly reflect business activities.

    In compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism regulations, Stink Studios shall cooperate to prevent the use of its economic and financial system for the purposes of money laundering or financing terrorism (or any other criminal activity) by its managers, employees and third parties.

    5.2 Bribery and Corruption We do not solicit, accept, offer, promise, or pay bribes, whether directly or through a third party. We negotiate and secure contracts lawfully and honourably with our clients and suppliers. We are transparent in disclosing the basis on which we charge for our services. We record our time and expenses accurately.

    5.3 Conflict of Interest

    Each employee and contractor of Stink Studios will avoid any situation or activity in which there could be a potential conflict between personal interests and Stink Studios’ interests, or that could interfere with the ability to take impartial or biased decisions. Any situation that may constitute or leads to a conflict of interest shall be immediately reported by each employee to their respective manager.

    5.4 Political Parties and charitable donations

    Stink Studios will disclose publicly any financial and in-kind contributions to political parties, politicians, lobby groups, charitable organizations, and advocacy groups.

  2. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect confidentiality of information of our clients and our employees. We store, use, and dispose of personal and confidential information in a way that is transparent — and only if we have a legitimate reason to do so.   1. Dignity at Work and equal opportunity

Stink Studios acts in respect of each individual’s fundamental rights and applies a policy of ensuring equal opportunities. Stink Studios recognises the fundamental importance of people and their wellbeing for the success of its business, and ensures the respect of each individual’s physical, moral and cultural integrity. We ensure that the working conditions are respectful of individual dignity and conducted in a healthy and safe environment.

Stink Studios shall protect the moral and psychological integrity of its employees from acts of physical or psychological harassment, and against any discriminatory activities or offences.

Stink Studios undertakes to avoid any discrimination based on race, religion, ethnic or national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or on any other basis.

We have grievance and disciplinary policies in place which outline how employees can raise complaints.

  1. The environment

    We are committed to reducing wherever possible our general environmental impacts related to climate, water use and sustainability.

    Each year we have committed to publish our GHG Emissions data and have set goals to reduce business travel (the largest contributor to our footprint).

  2. Disclosure Industries

We will disclose publicly if it works with clients in any of the following Industries: Tobacco, Gambling, Firearms, Weapons or Munitions, Pornography, Payday or High Interest Lending, Fossil Fuels, Nuclear Power or Hazardous, Materials, Prisons, Tax Advisory Services, Illegal Products or Subject to Phase Out, Risk of Human Rights Violations.

  1. Health and Safety

In all countries in which Stink Studios operates, we comply with applicable labour and employment laws, and draw on internationally recognised labour principles in how we do business. Stink Studios guarantees a work environment compliant with applicable health and safety rules in each country it operates, promoting social responsibility and protecting the health and safety of all employees and contractors.

Being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or similar substances in the workplace will be considered as a violation of the Code of Conduct. It’s forbidden for employees to consume, offer or give for whatever reason, drugs or substances with similar effect. Smoking (including Vaping) in the workplace is forbidden.

  1. Contractors and Third Party Suppliers

Stink Studios requires that all external contractors be compliant with the same principles as contained in this Code of Conduct. Each independent contractor must be made aware of this document and its related commitments. Stink Studios selects its contractors through a formal and transparent process, according to objective criteria, such as quality and competitiveness of services offered.
